Returns and Satisfaction Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products - all shirts are custom-made and personalized, and are offered at highly competitive and partially subsidized prices - we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.
If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of their order, they may submit a request for consideration of a partial credit toward a future order for the following year. Any such credit, if granted, shall be applied solely to the next year's order and shall not be redeemable for cash or applied to the current order.
The decision of whether to grant a credit, as well as the amount of any such credit, is solely at the discretion of Maimonides Educational Center / Chabad of Merrick.
Maimonides Educational Center / Chabad of Merrick reserves the right to deny any credit request and shall have sole authority in determining the amount, if any, to be issued.
